Donation Guidelines

Included in the criteria are memberships of associations and organisations not directly linked to our business activities but whose finances are directly dependent on membership fees, i.e. Business Against Crime.

The key areas of our donations
Social investment is governed by a formal policy themed “investing in the future” with emphasis on “our children, their education, their health and their environment”.

  • Education
  • Environment
  • Healthcare

Donations are primarily intended to benefit recipients located in areas where our employees live and work.

Exclusions
Organisations that do not act within the legal system or are not run on a non-profit basis will not be considered for donations. Furthermore all political organizations, in South Africa or in the African countries which we operate, are excluded.

Awarding donations
