Afrox will rent out industrial/medical/special cylinders to customers with the exception of PortaPak® and PortaMIG cylinders. Rental charges will be calculated based on a monthly/annual usage profile.
LPG, propellant and refrigerant cylinders are subject to deposits.
Prices for products are available through our world-class CSC.
Industrial gas pricing is based on area-related pricing matrices.
For new business, quotations will be provided to customers on request by the CSC or the assigned sales manager/representative.
From an invoicing perspective, gas prices and services are itemised separately on customer invoices for the convenience of our customers. Rental is invoiced separately for ease of reference. In the interest of the environment, paperless transactional invoicing is the preferred method within Afrox; however, paper invoicing is still available and can be issued on a transactional basis.
Various payment methods are available for our customers, which include direct debit, cheque, EFT (preferred) or cash (retail stores only).
