A full range of gas equipment including manifolds, regulators and reticulation systems is available from Afrox.

Afrox provides the services of a dedicated Customer Engineering Services (CES) department for gas reticulation equipment installations.

A commercial quotation will be provided to customers for installations prior to the work commencing.

Afrox will carry out all work in a professional and safe manner, and comply with all legislative requirements.

Afrox will maintain the equipment in line with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations, as per a planned maintenance policy.

Records of maintenance carried out will be available to customers.

Afrox will hand over equipment to the customer and will also ensure that the customer is able to operate it correctly and safely, reflecting truly professional commissioning and handover.

Afrox will respond immediately to potentially hazardous situations and emergencies. Interventions will be prioritised in terms of safety taking precedence over customer continuity of supply.

Availability of a 24-hour emergency number in cases where safety or production is compromised.

The majority of breakdowns can be repaired by Afrox engineers immediately on site.
