eShop -Competition Entry Terms and Conditions

Duration : 1 Month only (1 – 31 October 2026)
Eligibility : All eShop customers who purchase during the competition month

Objective :

Customers place orders valued at R1000 (including vat) or more on the eShop during the month of October and stand a chance to win.

How to Play :

1. All eShop orders above R1000 placed in the month of October 2026 will gain an entry (1) into a draw for one (1) of three (3) Afrox Hardgoods Hampers. First time eShop purchases will result in two (2) entries.

2. Submission: Every purchase will result in automatic entry.

3. Correct Entries:

  • - One (1) purchase = one (1) x entry into the lucky Draw.
  • - First time eShop purchase = two (2) x entries into the lucky draw.

  • - Winners will be randomly drawn from correct entries for each prize tier in the Month of November.
  • - Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash

    • Rules and definitions:

    1. One entry will be allocated to each purchase valued at R1000 (including vat) and more

    2. Two entries will be awarded as a once off to a customer account who placed an order on the eShop

    3. Entries will be pulled based on successful eShop orders. Purchases made before or after the start and the end of the competition period will not be considered for entry into the competition.

    4. Only successful eShop orders will be considered eligible for entry (cancelled or dishonored orders will automatically be pulled out of the draw).

    5. Winners will be selected by means of a digital random selection draw and announced on the eShop in the second week of November, after the competition, and winners will be informed via email.

    6. The Afrox Team’s decision on winners and correct entries is final.

    7. This competition is only open to South African account holders only.

    8. Afrox employees, Agents, Partners, Distributors, and, orders placed on the Afrox Guest account (non-account holders) are excluded from this competition.

    9. There is no limit to the number of entries an eligible customer may earn.

    10. Winners will be responsible for arranging and collecting prizes from the Afrox branch in Germiston at their own cost. Collection details, including the location, date, time, and required identification, will be communicated directly to each winner after the winners have been announced. Afrox reserves the right, where reasonably necessary and to the extent permitted by law, to amend, suspend, extend or cancel the competition or these Terms and Conditions. Any material change will be communicated through the same channels used to promote the competition. No amendment will unfairly prejudice entries validly received before the change, and any change will not affect participants’ rights under applicable law.

    11. “Dishonored orders” means cancelled, unpaid, fraudulent, returned orders or orders placed on accounts that were put on hold due to legal action or being in arrears during the time of this promotion.

    12. “First time eShop purchase” means it is the first time that an eShop purchase order has been placed on a specific customer account and the customer never placed an eShop order on the account before.

    13. “eShop” means the Afrox online store which is available on www.afrox.co.za.
