At the end of the document you will be asked to print a hardcopy, have this hardcopy document signed by all the relevant people and send it to Afrox

that your application will only be processed once we have received the fully signed hardcopy on one of the above mentioned address
that all pages must be signed in full.
that the witness signatures are a requirement for the successful processing of the application.
